Soap Dish
All of my pottery is made from high-quality porcelain clay and built to be both beautiful and functional.
General Use: Most items are dishwasher and microwave safe, making them perfect for everyday use.
Exceptions: If your piece includes gold or silver luster detailing, it should not be used in the microwave and I recommend hand washing to preserve the metallic finish.
Tips for Longevity:
While dishwasher safe, hand washing can help extend the life of your pottery, especially with delicate or decorative pieces.
Avoid sudden temperature changes (like pouring boiling water into a cold cup) as this can stress the clay over time.
Treat with care—porcelain is strong, but like all ceramics, it can chip or crack if dropped.
Each piece is one of a kind, and with just a little care, it will serve you well for years to come.
All Sales Are Final Each piece of pottery is handmade, making every item unique. As such, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse or general wear.
Damaged Items We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send a clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging, and we’ll either issue a refund or send a replacement (if available).
Wrong or Missing Items If there’s an issue with your order (such as receiving the wrong item or something missing), please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
Custom Orders Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Processing Time: All pottery pieces are handmade with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be carefully packed and prepared for shipping. Custom or made-to-order items may take additional time, which will be noted in the product description.
Shipping Methods & Rates: I ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We currently ship within the United States only. (International shipping coming soon!)
Local Pickup: If you're in the Roanoke, Virginia area, you can choose local pickup at checkout. We'll contact you via email to arrange a time.
Packaging: We use eco-friendly, recyclable materials whenever possible and take extra care to ensure your pottery arrives safely. Each item is securely wrapped to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Delivery Issues: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
